was born in America
Leading her clients such as MasterCard, L’Oréal and Nestlé into new territories, her marketing and communications
expertise is the building, questioning and reinforcing of emotional and cultural values that sell.
Born and raised American, of a Swedish-Danish mother and Cajun father, and having moved over 30 times, including: 3 countries, 5 states, 5 English ‘shires,’ 3 cities, 1 ville, 4 towns, 3 villages and a hamlet, Abigail is very comfortable as the new girl.
These experiences have shaped both her personal life, and her career. After 15 years working with international advertising agencies in London and Paris, Abigail now runs Common Point Marketing, where she specialises in helping small and medium businesses prepare to expand and go into new markets. Simply translating, communicating and distributing doesn’t mean the same thing as successfully competing, convincing and selling in multiple markets. Currently working on a book, her goal is to transform great local brands so they can be shared with the rest of the world.
